Coverage Needed:
- May 4, 2026 - May 29, 2026
- Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, 7:00 - 17:00
- On Call
- Call Ratio: Possibly 1 weekday per week, 1 weekend per month
Clinical Details:
- Procedures: Ortho, general surgery, podiatry, ENT, healthy pediatrics, urology, OB/GYN, occasional endoscopy
- Skills Required: General Anesthesia, Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, ultrasound-guided procedures
- Setting: Inpatient hospital, mostly outpatient surgeries
- Trauma Level: Adult IV
- Bed Size: Critical Access Hospital
- Patients per Day: Average 5-20 cases per day, including Endo & cataracts
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: 1 MD, 4 CRNAs (All Autonomous)
Requirements:
- Oregon CRNA License
- Board Certification
- DEA preferred
- COVID-19 Vaccine Required or approved exemption
- Proficiency in OB if taking call
- Accepting New Grads
