Start Date: May 2026
Schedule: 4 x 10-hr shifts per week
- Mon–Thu: 7:00 – 17:00
Call Ratio: Possibly 1 weekday/week, 1 weekend/month (OB proficiency required if taking call)
Case Mix: Ortho, general surgery, podiatry, ENT, OB/GYN, Urology, healthy pediatrics, occasional endoscopy
OR Rooms: 3 ORs + Cysto + Endoscopy Suite
Case Volume: Average 5–20 cases/day
Supervision: 1 MD, 4 CRNAs (autonomous practice)
Skills Required: Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, Ultrasound-guided procedures (PICC preferred)
EMR: EPIC
