Position Overview

• Location: West Reading

• Coverage: April 20, 2026 – Ongoing Need

• Schedule:

  • 5x8-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts

  • Overtime applied after 40 hours/week

• Availability Requirement: Must be available full-time 3–4 weeks per month

• Schedule Days: Monday–Friday

• Call: None

• Supervision: Supervised (working with anesthesiologist)

• Reason for Need: Staffing

• EMR: Epic

Practice Setting

• Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient

• Trauma Designation: Level I

• OR Capacity: 24+ ORs (high-volume, busy environment)

• Rounding: None

Case Mix / Scope

• No open heart

• Mitral clips and Watchman procedures

• Heads and healthy pediatrics

• No OB

• No option for pediatric-only CRNA

• Covers all surgeries

• Pediatric volume is low

Support Staff

• Anesthesia Techs

• SCAs

Additional Notes

• Lunches not covered

• No stipends

• All ages seen

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA – Required

• Active Pennsylvania License – Required - Compact License Accepted
