Required Skills:
- Valid NBCRNA certification
- State licensure in South Carolina
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Proven expertise in anesthesia delivery and patient management
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in trauma or Level 1 trauma centers
- Prior exposure to pediatric and geriatric populations
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records
- Experience with GE Avance anesthesia machines
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital setting
- Previous experience in a trauma or tertiary care environment
Other Requirements:
- Must maintain a clean background
- Availability to start as soon as possible
- Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts, occasional call coverage (including weekends)
- No licensing activation or IMLC acceptance required
- All-inclusive hourly rate of $239.46, with increased pay for overtime and holidays
