Seeking full-time locum CRNAs for ongoing coverage in beautiful Boise, Idaho. This is a high-volume, diverse case mix with a structured schedule and consistent hours—ideal for CRNAs looking for stability, strong compensation, and outdoor lifestyle access.
Job Responsibilities
Start Date: July 6, 2026
Contract Length: 6-month minimum (facility prefers longer-term coverage)
30–45 days if licensed | 90–120 days if licensing needed
40 hours/week of scheduled clinical time with shifts that vary week-to-week between 8s, 10s, and 12s. Additional 24-hour and 16-hour shifts are available periodically for those looking to increase earnings.
Call requirements include 1 weekend call shift per month or 2 weeknight call shifts per month. This is a full-time locums opportunity only (no block scheduling), with overtime paid after 40 hours.
Supervision model with strong anesthesiology support (max 4:1 ratio).
Case mix includes GYN, general surgery, orthopedics, spine, neuro/crani, plastics, thoracic/lung, healthy pediatrics, ophthalmology, GI/endoscopy, structural heart, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, and MRI.
No burns, transplants, open heart, sick pediatrics, or OB.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience (6 months may be considered)
Comfortable with Level II Trauma
Epic experience preferred
