Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Nurse Anesthesia (WV)
- Valid and active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience
- Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (Cerner preferred)
- Flexibility to work various shift formats
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in a multi-hospital or multi-department environment
- Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations and procedural types
- Previous experience with ambulatory surgery centers and inpatient hospital settings
- Skills in managing a broad range of surgical specialties including vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, thoracic, neuro, cardiac, and endoscopy
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing Anesthesia
- At least 2 years of professional CRNA experience, preferably in a similar clinical environment
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to different hospital protocols and electronic systems
Other Requirements:
- Active state licensure and certification
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including 12-hour shifts (7a-7p, 7a-5p, 7a-3p)
- Ability to work weekends, with flexibility to commit 2-3 weeks per month if needed
- Successfully credentialed within 60-90 days
- Compliance with all hospital and regulatory requirements
