Join our dedicated team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and play a vital role in delivering exceptional anesthesia care across multiple facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in diverse clinical environments, providing specialized patient care while enjoying competitive compensation and comprehensive support.

In this role, you'll administer anesthesia procedures for a wide range of surgical disciplines, including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, and cardiac surgeries. You'll work in state-of-the-art facilities, primarily at Memorial and other nearby hospitals, utilizing Cerner EMR systems. The schedule is flexible with options of 5-8s, 4-10s, or 3 12-hour shifts, including weekends, with no required call shifts, enabling a balanced work-life experience.

Required Skills:
  • Current Board Certification as a CRNA in West Virginia
  • Valid West Virginia RN license and certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
  • Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia care experience
  • Ability to work independently in complex surgical environments
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency with Cerner EMR or similar systems

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in multiple hospital settings
  • Additional certifications in specialized anesthesia techniques
  • Ability to adapt to high-volume surgical settings with varied procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
  • Prior experience in outpatient and inpatient anesthesia roles
  • Familiarity with diverse patient populations, including pediatric and adult patients

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work some weekends; not weekends-only shifts
  • Ability to work 2-3 weeks per month initially, with schedule confirmed post-credentialing
  • Credentialing process expected to take 60-90 days
  • Night shifts available (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 5 days per week

This position offers an attractive hourly pay rate of $205.14, along with weekly direct deposit payments.
