Required Skills:
  • Board Certification in Nurse Anesthesia (WV)
  • Valid and active RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience
  • Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (Cerner preferred)
  • Flexibility to work various shift formats

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in a multi-hospital or multi-department environment
  • Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations and procedural types
  • Previous experience with ambulatory surgery centers and inpatient hospital settings
  • Skills in managing a broad range of surgical specialties including vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, thoracic, neuro, cardiac, and endoscopy

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing Anesthesia
  • At least 2 years of professional CRNA experience, preferably in a similar clinical environment
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to different hospital protocols and electronic systems

Other Requirements:
  • Active state licensure and certification
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including 12-hour shifts (7a-7p, 7a-5p, 7a-3p)
  • Ability to work weekends, with flexibility to commit 2-3 weeks per month if needed
  • Successfully credentialed within 60-90 days
  • Compliance with all hospital and regulatory requirements
