🩺 Position Overview

Seeking a Board Certified CRNA to join a community hospital anesthesia team in Clinton, IA. The role includes adult and pediatric anesthesia coverage, with both scheduled cases and on-call responsibilities.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)

• Iowa license (or willing to obtain) or IMLC

• Experience with both adult and pediatric procedures (required)

• BLS (or obtain within 3 months of hire)

• ACLS, PALS, NRP (or obtain within 1 year of hire)

• NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days (required)

• Clean malpractice preferred

• No locums
  

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years CRNA experience preferred

• Will consider more recent graduates with strong training and experience

🏥 Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across all patient populations including:

  • General surgery

  • Pediatric anesthesia

  • Thoracic anesthesia

  • Obstetrical anesthesia

  • Regional blocks and sedation

• Provide pre-op evaluation and post-op monitoring

• Respond to anesthesia-specific codes as needed

• Collaborate with OR leadership, anesthesia team, and clinical staff

• Maintain professional standards and deliver compassionate care

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $225,000–$260,000 (depending on experience/location)
