We are seeking a CRNA for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity at a fast-paced Level I Trauma Center in Richmond, Virginia. This is a hospital-based role offering a variety of shift options and the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled clinical team delivering top-tier patient care.

Coverage

• Start Date: April 1, 2026

• Duration: Ongoing need

Schedule

• Candidates must be willing to work a mix of shifts:

  • 8-hour shifts

  • 10-hour shifts

  • 12-hour shifts

• Call coverage required

• Specific scheduling details, call expectations, and daily patient volume will be discussed after application submission

Practice Setting

• Hospital-based

• Level I Trauma Center

• Fast-paced, high-acuity environment

• Emphasis on top-notch clinical care

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in a high-volume trauma setting

• Collaborate closely with physicians, CRNAs, and other clinical staff

• Maintain excellence in patient care and safety

• Adhere to facility code of conduct and compliance policies

Candidate Requirements

• CRNA certification – Required

• Active state license or ability to obtain licensure

• DEA/CSR as required by state regulations

• Appropriate certifications based on position requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively in a demanding trauma environment
