Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Osceola, IN. IN license preferred.
- Daily Hours Primarily 8 and 10 hour in-house shifts, plus 24 hr beeper (plus 24 hour OB call).
- Weekend Call Ratio: 1 per week.
- Second Call/In House?/Overnight? C2 is via beeper.
- OB Call/In house?/Overnight? OB is in-house.
- Case Volume: Approximately 400.
- Case: Mix, General.
- Other Areas of Coverage: OB.
- Working independently.
- EMR: Epic.
- Credentialing: 60 - 90 days.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
- $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
