CRNA Needed – Acute Care Hospital – Yakima, WA - $250/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens opportunity at an acute care hospital in Yakima, WA. This is a medically supervised, care-team model with a diverse case mix and no call responsibilities.

Full-time availability is preferred, though providers able to commit to a minimum of two weeks per month will be considered.

Schedule & Coverage

• Scheduled shifts only — no call

• Days, nights, and weekend shifts available

• Shift lengths include:

  • 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour day or night shifts

  • Weekends and holidays shift options are 12-hour shifts only

• Schedule is variable based on coverage needs

• Typical full-time schedule averages 3 shifts per week, with additional shifts possible based on availability and approval

Practice Setting

• Acute care hospital

• Medically supervised anesthesia care team

• CRNAs support:

  • Main ORs

  • Ambulatory surgery center

  • GI suites

  • Bronchoscopy room

  • Cath lab

• Average of 3–4 cases per CRNA per day

Case Mix

Includes but is not limited to:

• ENT

• General surgery

• GI endoscopy

• GYN

• Orthopedics

• Podiatry

• OB

• Urology

• Vascular

• Regional anesthesia

• Pediatric cases (healthy patients)

• Robotic procedures

Not performed at this facility:

• Neuro

• Head/spine

• Complex vascular

Requirements

• NBCRNA board certification (required)

• Active Washington CRNA license (or willingness to obtain)

• Prior CRNA experience required (no new graduates)

• Experience with Epic charting preferred
