📋 Requirements:
✅ Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
✅ State License: Illinois (Required)
✅ Experience: New grads welcome!
Important: Provider must have a home address 60+ miles away from the facility. Confirm before submitting.
📅 Start Date:
ASAP after credentialing
⏳ Duration:
Ongoing
🕒 Schedule:
Mon–Fri | 8-hour shifts only
❌ No on-call / No callback
💰 Pay Rates:
💵 $230-240hr!! *depending on experience and time commitment
🎉 $20K Completion Bonus (after 520 hrs & 13 weeks)
✈️ Travel & Lodging:
✈️ Flights booked
🚗 Rental car/mileage stipend: $250/week
🏨 Lodging stipend: $110/night
🍽 Meals stipend: Covers days worked

General | Ortho | OB
EMR: Ipro
Anesthesia Rooms: 15
CRNA to MD Ratio: 2:1 (MDs supervise CRNAs)
