🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
⏱ Credentialing: ~60 Days

Ionia is seeking an experienced Locum CRNA to provide independent anesthesia care for general surgery and endoscopy cases. This opportunity offers day shifts only, no call, and remote anesthesiologist supervision in a supportive hospital setting.

🔹 Schedule & Coverage

• Day shifts only: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday–Friday
• No call, no weekends
  

🏥 Practice Environment

• Operating Rooms: 2 ORs + 1 Endoscopy suite
• Average cases/day: ~15
• Trauma Level: Level IV
• Annual ER Volume: ~16,000
• Patient population: Pediatric through geriatric
• OR rooms staffed with RNs and surgical techs
• EMR: EPIC

🩺 Scope of Practice & Required Skills

• General surgical anesthesia (adult & pediatric)
• Endoscopy cases
• Minor nerve blocks
• IV regional anesthesia
• Plexus anesthesia
• Spinal anesthesia
• Epidural anesthesia
• Regional anesthesia
• Ventilation management
• Local infiltration

👩‍⚕️ Supervision Model

• Independent CRNA practice
• Remote supervision by an anesthesiologist

💰 Compensation & Reimbursement

Please submit the following rate types:

• Hourly rate: $220/hr
• Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate
• Local providers only (no flights or lodging)

✅ Submission Requirements

• Board Certified (AANA) – REQUIRED
• Active Michigan license – REQUIRED
• BLS & ACLS – REQUIRED
• Local provider only – REQUIRED
• NPDB self-query (pulled within 30 days) – REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice and license history – Highly Preferred
