360 Anesthesia is excited to announce a new CRNA opportunity at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL, with a start date of March 2, 2026. Maryville is conveniently located just 20 minutes from St. Louis, MO.

Practice Overview
- Daily staffing: 8 CRNAs and 3 Anesthesiologists
- Case mix includes Orthopedics, Endoscopy, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Healthy Pediatrics, GYN, and Podiatry
- EMR: Meditech
Compensation Options
W2 Position
- $280,000 salary for 8-hour day shifts
- Overtime after 8 hours at $175/hour
- 6 weeks of vacation
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Life and AD&D insurance
- 401(k) with profit sharing
- $3,000 annual CME allowance
- Medical malpractice coverage with $1M/$3M limits, including tail coverage
1099 Position
- $175/hour (approximately $325,500 annually based on 46 weeks)
- Medical malpractice with tail coverage
PRN Opportunity
- $180/hour
