Join Our Team as a Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Ionia, MI and Make a Difference in Patient Care!

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated CRNA to provide high-quality anesthesia care in a dynamic hospital setting. This opportunity offers independent practice with remote supervision, working primarily day shifts from Monday through Friday, without on-call responsibilities. Required Skills:
  • Valid Nurse Anesthetist Certification (CRNA)
  • Current State Nursing License
  • Proven experience in anesthesia care including general, nerve blocks, IV regional, plexus, spinal, and epidural anesthesia
  • Strong knowledge of ventilation management and local infiltration techniques
  • Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently with remote supervision from an anesthesiologist

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in a Level 4 trauma center
  • Familiarity with EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Pediatric and Geriatric anesthesia experience
  • Ability to perform specialized procedures such as minor nerve blocks and regional anesthesia

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia
  • Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice, preferably in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:
  • Estimated credentialing time of approximately 60 days
  • Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate
  • Availability for orientation (half the hourly rate) prior to start
  • Flexibility to cover scheduled vacations and procedural needs
