A Level III Trauma Center in Vermont is seeking an experienced CRNA for locum tenens coverage in a medically supervised anesthesia care team model.

Position Details

• Profession: CRNA

• Practice Model: Medical Supervision (approx. 60%)

• Daily Model: 3 CRNAs + 2 Anesthesiologists

• Start Date: ASAP

• Assignment Length: Ongoing (dates listed below)

• Shift: Day shift

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Late Room: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Call: Approx. 1 night per week

  • Call hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • 30-minute response time

• Guaranteed Pay: 8 hours/day, OT after 8 hours

• EMR: Medaxion

• ORs: 5

• Trauma Level: Level III

• OB Volume: ~380 deliveries/year

  • Includes C-sections and VBACs

• Average Callback Rate: ~67%

• Must be proficient in:

  • Spinals

  • Epidurals

Requirements

• Active Vermont CRNA license (required to apply)

• Temporary privileges available with active, unrestricted license and clean history
