I’m supporting an CRNA opportunity in Phoenix at a Level I Trauma Center offering 12-hour shifts with a flexible mix of days, nights, and occasional weekends. This role is ideal for CRNAs with strong OB experience who are comfortable rotating between OB and OR coverage.

Pay Range: $200-220 (contact for details)
HIGHLIGHTS
• 12-hour shifts only
• Mix of day, night, and weekend shifts
• OB-focused role with OR coverage as needed
• Supervised care model
• Level I Trauma Center
• Flat rate (no OT or holiday modifiers)
• Credentialing can begin with pending license
SCHEDULE
• 12-hour shifts: 7a–7p or 7p–7a
• Typically 3–4 shifts per week (36+ hrs/week)
• 3–6 night shifts per month
• At least one full weekend shift per month required
• Minimum commitment: 4 weeks
• Flexible providers may pick up additional shifts
CASE MIX
• High-risk OB anesthesia
• OR coverage as needed
• Pediatrics
• Neuro head cases
• Trauma support
DEPARTMENT DETAILS
• Acute care hospital
• Level I Trauma Center
• Supervised CRNA model
• OB and OR coverage based on departmental need
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1 year CRNA experience in a hospital setting
• Current OB anesthesia experience required
• Comfortable with high-risk OB cases
• Flexibility with days, nights, weekends
• Level I trauma experience preferred
• No travel reimbursement
CREDENTIALING TIMELINE
• AZ licensed: ~6 weeks
• IMLC: ~2 months
• Not yet licensed: ~3 months
• Credentialing may begin with pending license (clean file required)
