CRNA Locums Opportunity — Independent Practice | OB + OR Mix | Nampa, ID | $225-$235/hour

Job Overview

A hospital in Nampa, ID is seeking full-time locum CRNAs for a long-term opportunity in an independent practice setting. This position offers a strong OB and OR case mix, consistent scheduling, and excellent autonomy. The facility is open to licensing and moves quickly for qualified providers.

Schedule & Coverage

• Full-time coverage: 40 hours per week

• Variable shifts: 8s, 10s, 12s

• Required 24-hour + 16-hour shifts weekly

• No block scheduling

• Schedules released 6 weeks at a time

• Overtime paid after 50 hours/week

Call Requirements

• Call required

• 1 weekend call per month

• 2 weeknight call shifts per month

• Call typically adjacent to late/12-hour shifts

Practice Setting & Case Mix

• Independent CRNA practice (no direct MDA supervision)

• Physician available for backup if needed

• OB cases: 25–50% (~1,500 births annually)

• OR cases: 50–75%

• Case types include:

  • OB

  • Ortho

  • GYN

  • ENT (healthy peds only)

  • Spine (laminectomies, 1–2 level fusions)

  • DaVinci GYN & urology

  • Endoscopy

  • Cardioversions

  • Pediatric dental

• Regional blocks encouraged (not required)

• EMR: Epic

• Hospital size: 152 beds

• Scrubs provided

Requirements

• NBCRNA certification required

• Minimum 1 year experience (may consider 6 months)

• Active DEA & CSR required

• Open to providers needing licensure

• No local candidates

• Name clear required (name, license status, NPI)

Credentialing

• 30–45 days if already licensed

• 90–120 days if licensing needed
