Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Menasha, WI. WI license preferred.
- Full time hours, Monday to Friday 6a-6p. The site needs only providers that work a full schedule.
- No Call.
- Practice Settings: Outpatient.
- Types of surgery will be expected to be performed at this facility: Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic.
- Required Specialty Skills: General Anesthesia, Adult, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues.
- Licensed in WI only.
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
- Must be Board Certified.
- EMR: Cerner.
- Credentialing: 14 days,
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
