- Start Date: March 1, 2026
- Coverage Reason: Vacation coverage (as scheduled)
- Practice Setting: Hospital OR & Endoscopy
- Coverage Model: Independent CRNA with remote anesthesiologist supervision
- Call: None
- Days/Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Shift Type: Day shifts only
- Average Cases per Day: ~15
- Operating Rooms: 2 ORs + 1 Endoscopy room
- Trauma Level: IV
- Annual ER Volume: ~16,000
- Patient Population: Pediatric through Geriatric
- OR Staffing: RNs and techs per room
- General surgical cases (adult & pediatric)
- Minor nerve blocks
- IV regional anesthesia
- Plexus anesthesia
- Spinal anesthesia
- Epidural anesthesia
- Regional anesthesia
- Ventilation management
- Local infiltration
- License: Active Michigan License – Required
- Board Certification: AANA Certified – Required
- BLS
- ACLS
- Local Providers Only
- EMR: Epic
