Job Opportunity: Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Join a thriving healthcare facility in Ionia, Michigan as a locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This position offers the chance to provide independent anesthesia care for general surgical and endoscopy procedures. Enjoy the flexibility of day shifts, with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and no on-call requirements. You will be supported by remote supervision from an anesthesiologist while covering vacation needs as scheduled. This practice setting includes 2 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy room, and accommodates a diverse patient demographic ranging from pediatric to geriatric.

Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia for general surgical and endoscopy procedures.
• Perform minor nerve blocks and IV regional anesthesia.
• Manage ventilation and local infiltration as required.
• Conduct spinal and epidural anesthesia for appropriate cases.
• Work independently with remote supervision from anesthesiologists.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in AANA (Required).
• Active Michigan State Medical License (Required).
• Current BLS and ACLS Certifications (Required).
• Clean malpractice and license history (Highly Preferred).
• Self-query report from NPDB within the past 30 days (Required).

License and Certification Requirements:
