Start Date: January 1, 2026
Schedule
• Scheduled shifts only – No call
• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 5 × 8-hour shifts per week preferred
Practice Setting
• Acute Care Hospital
• Adult Trauma Center (Levels I–IV)
• Supervision model (CRNA works with supervising MDA)
• EMR: Cerner
Case Mix & Responsibilities
• Surgical volume: 7–20 cases per day (varies by case type)
• Pain management cases: 0–10 per day
• OR team includes surgeon, CRNA, supervising MDA, RN, scrub tech, and occasional first assist or resident
• Patient population: Pediatric to geriatric (no neonates)
Required / Preferred Cases
• General surgical anesthesia (adult & pediatric)
• General & IV sedation for:
○ Plastic surgery
○ General surgery
○ Robotic surgery
○ ENT
○ Orthopedics
○ Podiatry
