Locums – Jackson, Michigan, CRNA Opening

Clinical Role:

• Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing Need
• Schedule: Four (4) 10-hour shifts per week
• No on-call duties required (scheduled shifts only)
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based, Level II Trauma Center

Clinical Responsibilities:
• Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for adult and pediatric patients
• Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases with attention to neurologic status pre- and post-procedure
• Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as required
• Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout procedures
• Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision in a collaborative care model with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Maintain continuous patient monitoring during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
• Respond to emergencies and provide airway management, including intubation when necessary
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedural protocols, and safety standards

Practice Environment:
• Daily surgical volume: Approximately 50 cases
• Multiple operating rooms with rotating assignments
• EMR: Epic

Candidate Requirements:
• Board Certified CRNA – Required
• Active Michigan license – Required
• Minimum of 1 year CRNA experience – Required
• ACLS and BLS (AHA) – Required
• PALS – Required
• Clean background – Required
