🌟 Join a collaborative anesthesia team in a hospital-based Level II Trauma Center caring for a full spectrum of patients — from pediatrics to geriatrics. This is a supervised CRNA role with a strong emphasis on general surgical anesthesia and opportunities to participate in neurosurgical and spinal anesthesia cases. 🕒 Schedule & Shift Details

🗓 4 shifts per week
⏰ 10-hour day shifts
📞 No call — strictly scheduled shifts
🚫 No weekends required

🏥 Facility Setting & Case Mix

🏨 Hospital-based Level II Trauma Center
🛏️ Multiple OR environments with rotating room assignments
📊 ~50 surgical cases daily (team volume)
👶🧓 Full patient demographic — peds through adults
🧠 Neurosurgical anesthesia exposure
💉 Spinal & local infiltration anesthesia
🫁 Ventilation & airway management (including intubation when needed)

🩺 Key Responsibilities

✨ Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures (adult & pediatric)
✨ Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases
✨ Perform spinal & local anesthesia as needed
✨ Manage ventilation & monitor respiratory status
✨ Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision within a collaborative team
✨ Maintain continuous peri-operative monitoring (pre-op → post-op)
✨ Follow clinical protocols & safety standards

✅ Submission Requirements (All Required)

✔️ Board-Certified CRNA
✔️ Active Michigan license
✔️ ACLS & BLS (AHA)
✔️ PALS
✔️ Minimum 1 year CRNA experience
✔️ Clean background
✔️ Stable work history — no job gaps
