- Case Mix/Procedures: General
- Spine- MSD, Lami, ACDF, TLIF, ALIF, A/P Fusion, carpal Tunnel
- Ortho- Hip, knee, SI
- Pain- Stimulators
- Daily Census: 6-8 patients/shift
- Coverage:
- Monday-Friday; 6:00a-6:00p
- Support: 1 RN
- Call: N/a
- EMR System: Cerner
- Certification: NBCRNA
- License: Active Wisconsin upon presentation
- Life Certifications: ACLS, BLS
