Job description

A Level III trauma center in Coos Bay, OR is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a well-established, hospital-employed anesthesia group serving the Southern Oregon Coast. This is an exceptional opportunity for CRNAs who value full scope, independent practice, complex case mix, and a coastal lifestyle with outstanding work-life balance.

You’ll work in a high-acuity environment alongside a seasoned, collaborative team of physicians and CRNAs, practicing 100% independently in accordance with Oregon state regulations and medical staff bylaws. The facility features 7 operating rooms, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, and a nearby ambulatory surgery center, offering a broad and engaging case mix—including all procedures except heads and hearts, with healthy pediatric cases.

Call is paid and shared equitably, with a post-call day off and shared weekends, supporting long-term sustainability and team morale. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, making this a flexible option for experienced CRNAs seeking stability in a permanent role.

This position requires at least one year of CRNA experience and residency in or relocation to the local area.

  • Relocation assistance available

  • Comprehensive benefits package with 6% retirement match

  • Generous paid time off

  • CME allowance

  • Licensing and professional fee reimbursement

  • Minimum 1 year of CRNA employment experience

  • Clean malpractice and background history

  • NPDB self-query report

  • Interest in full-time or part-time employment

  • Demonstrated ties to Oregon (past residency or family connections preferred)

If you’re an experienced CRNA seeking clinical autonomy, high-acuity practice, and coastal living, this Coos Bay, OR opportunity offers a rare blend of professional independence and quality of life on the Oregon Coast.
