- Outpatient-only ASC environment
- No call. No weekends. Predictable schedules
- Flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
- EPIC EMR across the system
🩺 Responsibilties :
- Conducting comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments
- Developing and managing individualized anesthesia plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists
- Administering IV, inhalation, and regional anesthesia
- Providing airway management and intubations as needed
- Managing perioperative anesthesia care from pre-op through recovery
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Supporting quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Educating patients, families, staff, and learners
- Serving as a leader and role model within the professional practice setting
🎓 Requirements
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active Michigan RN & CRNA licenses
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS
