🩺 Job Responsibilities
- Pre-anesthetic assessments and individualized care planning
- Administration of IV, inhalation, and regional anesthesia
- Airway management and intubations as needed
- Perioperative anesthesia management in collaboration with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
- Accurate documentation and adherence to evidence-based practices
- Participation in quality, safety, and professional development initiatives
- Mentoring, education, and support of colleagues and learners
🎓 Requirements
- Board Certified CRNA
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
- Active Michigan RN & CRNA licenses
- Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
