CRNA Opportunity – St. Genevieve, MO

Position Overview

A Critical Access Hospital in St. Genevieve, Missouri is seeking an experienced CRNA for scheduled outpatient-focused coverage. This is a low-stress, daytime-only role with a supportive anesthesia team and no OB, hearts, or heads.

Schedule

• 1–4 shifts per week

• 8-hour shifts: 6:30am–3:00pm

• Monday–Friday only

• No call, no weekends

Case Mix

• Endoscopy (Upper & Lower GI)

• Urology

• Podiatry

• Orthopedics (Carpal Tunnel Releases, Total Hips/Knees)

• General Surgery (Scopes, Hernia Repairs, Fundoplication)

• Potential ENT & Pediatrics (Tubes, Tonsils)

• No OB, no cardiac, no neuro

• General & MAC anesthesia only (no regional blocks)

Practice Setting

• Critical Access Hospital

• Outpatient day surgery with limited inpatient cases

• Average 12–14 cases per day

• 3 OR suites + 1 procedure room

• EMR: Meditech Expanse (CRNAs chart in SIS)

• Strong onsite support staff and leadership

Requirements

• NBCRNA certification required

• Active Missouri license (in hand)

• 3+ years experience (no new grads)

• BLS, ACLS, PALS required

• NRP preferred (exception possible)

• No DEA or CSR required

Credentialing

• Temporary privileges available (ASAP start support)
