- Date: ASAP ongoing
- Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8-hour shifts, No call
- Practice Setting: 6 OR’s & 2 GI suites
- Procedures: General B&B, ENT, Ortho, Regional, OBGYN, Urology, Eyes, GI, No heads or Hearts
- Support Staff: 2 Anesthesiologists, 7 CRNA's. 100% supervision by Anesthesiologists
- Requirements: OK license (will wait for licensing), BC/BE, DEA required
