Locum CRNA-Anesthesia Needs in Michigan! Let's sync!

ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking one full-time CRNA to support anesthesia services. This role offers a supervised CRNA practice model with a diverse but standard case mix and multiple shift-length options. Full-time availability is highly preferred, with opportunities for locum-to-perm conversion.

Dates / Schedule

• Status: Full-time preferred

• Estimated Credentialing: 90–120 days

• Shift Options: 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, or 24-hour shifts

• Later Shifts Available: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

• Weekend Shifts: Available

• Weekly Hours: 40-hour guarantee option

• Location Flexibility: Must float between Novi and Southfield (typically notified day prior)

Job Details / Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care under a supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio)

• Case mix includes primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology; no cardiac cases

• Limited pediatric cases; majority are standard adult procedures

• Total daily volume: approximately 36–46 cases across both locations (15–20 per site)

• CRNAs place their own arterial lines

• Physicians perform most regional anesthesia and nerve blocks

• Maintain flexibility to work across two hospital locations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certification: Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) – required

• Licensure: Active Michigan license – required (preferred at submission)

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), and PALS – required

• Background: Clean background with no license actions – required

• Professional Requirements:

  • Ability to float between sites

  • Willingness to request any time off at submission

  • Current flu vaccine or approved medical exemption

• Preferences:
