Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified CRNA to join a well-established team in Novi, MI with flexibility for Southfield locations. The ideal candidate will be ready to float between the two locations, with shifts typically informed the day before.
Key Responsibilities:

Work Setting: Primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases (no heart cases, limited pediatric cases).

Shift Flexibility: Open to 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24-hour shifts. Later shifts (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.) and weekend shifts are available.

Caseload: 36-46 total cases per day between the two locations; 15-20 cases per site.

CRNA Supervision: Supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio). Most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia.

Arterial Line Placements: CRNAs are responsible for their own arterial line placements.
