Need: Perm CRNA (NON CALL)
Location: Piedmont Cartersville (Cartersville, GA) Critical Access Hospital
Shift: Monday – Friday (40 Hours/week), No weekends, No Holidays
Times: Rotating 8/10/12 Model: Collaborative Team Model
Scope: Full scope – Blocks, spinals, epidurals
Benefits: • PTO: 240 Hours annually, CEU
Stipend: up to $1500 annually, 401K match: 6%, Profit Share: 2%,
