Locums – Phoenix, Arizona | CRNA Opportunity

A Level I trauma center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking experienced CRNAs for locum coverage beginning February 16, 2026. This role offers flexible scheduling with a mix of day, night, weekend, OB, and OR shifts in a supervised model.

Coverage Details:

• Start Date: February 16, 2026

• Duration: Ongoing (minimum 4-week commitment)

• Shift Length: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)

• Schedule:

• 3–4 shifts per week (36+ hours weekly)

• Must be flexible for days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month

• Night coverage: 3–6 night shifts per month, based on department needs

• Night shifts may be in OB or OR

Opportunity to pick up additional shifts if available

Practice Setting:

• Supervised anesthesia model

• Level I Trauma Center

• Mix of OB and OR coverage

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting

• Current OB experience required, including high-risk OB cases

• Flexibility to cover varied shift types (days, nights, weekends, OB, OR)

• Level I trauma experience preferred

Licensing & Credentialing:

• Arizona licensed providers: ~6 weeks

• IMLC: ~2 months

• Non-licensed providers: ~3 months

• Credentialing may begin with pending license
