- March 16, 2026 - Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Weekday Night Call: 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm
- Weekend Call: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
- On Call required
Clinical Details
- Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
- Trauma Level: Adult I, II, III, IV
- Operating Rooms: 2 ORs and 2 procedure rooms
- Typical Cases: General surgery, Gyn, ENT, plastics, podiatry, hand, peds urology, GI/endoscopy
- CRNA Practice: Independent, full scope including peripheral nerve blocks
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Willing to License
- DEA: Required
