- Work / Life Balance: 3 days per week on campus...block schedule option considered
- Tiered Release: head home when your cases wrap up and still get paid
- Negligible Callbacks: rarely get called in for much except c-sections...there were 2 in the last 6 months!
- Generous Base Salary: plus $1400 stipend for extra days picked up
- Interesting Variety of Cases: from general surgery to OBGyn to urology...and a higher acuity than you would find at a surgery center
- W2 or 1099 option for interested candidates
