Autonomy: CRNAs conduct their own pre-ops, build their own cases, and perform regional anesthesia

Support: Operate under hospital bylaws with no chart review or direct MD supervision

What Our Client Offers

Base Salary: $315,900 annually

Earning Potential: Up to $393,900 annually (based on two nights of call per week)

$10,000 relocation assistance

$20,000 retention bonus (with a 2-year commitment)
Ideal Candidates Will:

Hold (or be eligible for) Iowa CRNA licensure (licensing support available upon offer)
