General Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care including pre-op assessment, intra-op management, and post-op pain control.

• Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Monitor patient vitals and adjust anesthetic plans as needed.

• Respond to emergencies and deliver critical care interventions.

• Maintain accurate medical records.

• Stay current with anesthesia best practices through continuing education.

Skills & Qualifications

• Clinical expertise in anesthesia techniques.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

• Education: MSN or DNP from an accredited CRNA program.

• Licensure: Active APRN license (Aya Locums will assist with New York licensing if needed).

• Certification: NBCRNA certification required.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred in a clinical anesthesia setting.
