Job description
We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a 1-day locum tenens assignment in Kentucky. Starting Dec 31, 2025, this opportunity involves outpatient clinical work with a day shift from 7am to 3pm and no call responsibilities. The CRNA will provide anesthesia services and monitor patient vitals in a clinical setting. Responsibilities and Duties
- Administer anesthesia for outpatient procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia depth throughout procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthetic patient assessments as required
- Collaborate closely with medical and nursing staff to ensure patient safety
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care delivered
Additional Information
- Valid Kentucky RN license and CRNA certification required
- Must have completed a nurse anesthesia doctoral program
- Minimum of one year of critical care experience required
- National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
- Must have successfully passed the National Certification Examination (NCE)
