Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)!

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CRNA to provide exceptional anesthesia services across multiple settings, including hospitals and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). This is a full-time, contract position designed for highly skilled professionals committed to delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Required Skills:
  • Board Certification as a CRNA
  • Valid state license to practice as a CRNA
  • Current DEA registration
  • Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR system (Highly preferred)
  • Experience with Draeger anesthesia machines and equipment
  • Ability to work full-time, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
  • Willingness to support staff, including anesthesia techs
  • Capable of traveling to multiple ASC locations (Lexington, Irmo, Northeast Columbia) up to once or twice weekly
  • Flexibility to complete shifts at the main hospital or on-site at ASCs

Nice to Have Skills:
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
  • Experience in diverse case types such as GYN, orthopedics, urology, vascular, IR, Cath Lab, OB, MRI
  • Break experience with no regional or block skills required

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Graduate of accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
  • At least 2 years of recent anesthesia practice
  • Comfort with urban healthcare settings and multi-site coverage

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensure and credentials in applicable states
  • Willing to license if not already licensed in the state
  • Travel and licensure reimbursement as applicable
  • Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days

Position Details:
  • Start Date: 03/23/2026
  • Shift: Day shifts, 4x10-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00)
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Work Environment: Large department of 70 CRNAs, supporting a variety of case types, with anesthesia support staff

Hourly Pay Rate: $210.60
