VHS is looking for a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists - OB/GYN.

- Description: Job ID: 3117672 FIXED Coverage Details: • Coverage needed per month 24hr / hourly shifts / shifts call etc: 4x 10hr shifts per week 7a-5p or 5x 8hr shifts per week 7a-3p. • Frequency of any Call needed: Home call once every 2 weeks • Schedule Details: start / end times days of the week etc 7am to 5pm or 7-3 pm • Call being covered is must. Average call is once a week. We provide call from home 3-5 pm -7a during the week and 24 hours on the weekend. Call back response time is 30-45 minutes. Our weekly schedule varies between 4 x10 shifts and 5x8 shifts to match our block schedules. Almost all days post call are off. Post call folks are always first out. The need is to fill in a slot in our schedule matrix that all providers are a part of. It rotates and we all do the same thing. Work Details: • Support staff: One Anesthesia tech • Department Description: 8 • Patient Volume: 200 • Patient Age Group: 15-100 • EMR/Documentation System: Epic • Special Procedures/Unit Details: BREAD AND BUTTER daily mix of general obgyn ENT ortho • Special Equipment Used: ANESTHESIA EQUIPMENT Requirements: • Are Board Certifications Req’d?: NBCRNA • Which State Licenses Req’d?: SC • Certifications Req’d? BLS / ACLS / etc: BLS/ACLS • Specific Skills Req’d?: ANESTHESIA • CSR Req’d?: Y • DEA Req’d?: Y • Minimum Experience Req’d # of years: 1 YEAR • Are vaccines mandatory?: YES • Any additional requirements/details to screen for?: Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: Are you willing To License?: No Is IMLC Accepted?: No Rates: 307/hr all-inclusive 1.35x for OT/Holiday Weeknight call rate: 600 Weeknight call back rate: 414.45 24-hr call rate: 1000/flat 24-hour call back rate: 600 Shift Info: Day 4x10-Hour 07:00 - 15:00
