Required Skills:
- Valid CRNA certification and state licensure
- Proven experience in anesthesia administration across various surgical specialties
- Excellent knowledge of anesthesia techniques, monitoring, and patient care protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a high-volume setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with robotic surgeries and minimally invasive procedures
- Familiarity with regional anesthesia techniques
- Previous experience supporting pediatric and vascular cases
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA
- Prior experience in hospital-based or surgical center settings
Other Requirements:
- Must be licensed and credentialed in the state of practice
- Ability to work a day shift (5x12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00)
- Willingness to support a medically supervised, care team model
- Travel or accommodation reimbursements provided as applicable
