Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Are you a highly skilled CRNA seeking an opportunity to deliver anesthetic care in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment? Join our esteemed healthcare team and play a vital role in providing exceptional anesthesia services across a broad spectrum of surgical specialties. This position offers the opportunity to work in a well-equipped facility supporting a variety of cases, including ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, pediatric, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular, excluding neuro and complex vascular procedures. Support a high-volume surgical program with an average of 40-45 cases daily, supporting 7 ORs and multiple treatment rooms in a team-based, medically supervised care model.

Required Skills:
  • Current and valid CRNA certification and state licensure
  • Proficiency in administering anesthesia across diverse surgical procedures
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with pediatric anesthesia and robotic procedures
  • Familiarity with regional anesthesia techniques
  • Prior experience in high-volume surgical centers
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's or higher degree in Nursing Anesthesia from an accredited program
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience in a surgical setting

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to work the scheduled shift from 07:00 to 19:00, 5 days per week (12-hour shifts)
  • Ability to support a team-based, supervised anesthesia practice
  • Willingness to travel or relocate if necessary, with reimbursements provided for licensure and certifications

Hourly Pay Rate: $212.67
