📅 Assignment Details
• Contract Length: 6 months, ongoing
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-min lunch)
• Shifts: 5x8s only (no 10s or 12s)
• No call, no weekends
🏥 Practice Setting
• Hospital (140 beds, 9 ORs)
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Care Team Model: ~3 CRNAs per 1 MD + Anesthesia Techs for case prep
• Average volume: ~60 cases/day across hospital & surgery center
👩⚕️ Patient Population
• All ages
• No PICU or NICU (low-acuity peds only; higher acuity transported)
🩺 Case Mix
• Orthopedics (lots of total joints)
• Pediatrics (low acuity)
• Trauma (Level II facility)
• Neuro, plastics, OB, general surgery, ENT, endoscopies, urology/cystos
• No transplants
• Physicians handle blocks & all cardiac cases
💻 Systems
• EMR: AllScripts (transitioning to Epic in 2026)
✅ Requirements
• Board Certification: NBCRNA
• License: Open to licensing candidates (expect ~5–6 months timeline for new license)
📋 Credentialing & Interview
• Credentialing: ~6–8 weeks once file is complete
• Interview: Zoom
