• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible CRNA
• ASAP-ongoing
• Reason for need: perm openings
• Licensure - client is open to considering candidates regardless of whether they have a Pennsylvania license in hand
• For those not currently licensed in Pennsylvania, the state recognizes the Compact RN license!
• Typical OR days - hospital has ~40-60 cases per day
• Normal bread and butter cases, as well as, thoracic
• OB is required
• Epidurals, lines, and spinals are not required - provider can do them if they have a history of doing so, though
• Can talk through availability and proposed schedule during interview with the site
• Some weekends are available, if desired
• No call
• Weekdays only
• Seeking candidates who want to work 8 hour shifts (7a-3p)
• Ability to work part time or full time locums
• Must be able to work at least 2 full weeks a month in order to be considered
• Must be able to work Mondays and Fridays
• Required: ACLS, BLS, CPR
• CRNAs work under medical direction
• No trauma
• 20 ORs, 3 L&D ORs, 2 EP ORs, 1 GI lab, 1 TEE/CV lab, 1 MRI location, 2 IR locations
• Staff mix is 3:1 or 4:1, physicians also do some rooms independently
• Anesthesia techs 1:4 locations, very helpful (they check machines, set up lines, etc.)
• EMR: EPIC
