ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking 3–6 locum CRNAs to begin as soon as possible and provide ongoing coverage. The role requires flexibility with scheduling and participation in a high-acuity, team-based anesthesia practice at a Level I trauma and academic medical center. Providers will support a wide variety of surgical cases alongside anesthesiologists in a collaborative environment.

Dates / Schedule

• Start: ASAP and ongoing

• Availability: Facility is seeking coverage throughout November and December; no specific dates required — submit availability

• Shifts:

  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
    

• Setting: 187-bed Level I Trauma Center / Academic Center

  • 9 ORs (main)

  • 3 endoscopy suites

  • 2 EP labs

  • TEE / Neuro IR / Bronch / MRI Lines

• FTE Needed: 3–6 CRNAs

• EMR: Epic
  

• Credentialing: 60–90 days

Job Details & Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in a team-based model with supervision of up to four CRNAs per anesthesiologist.

• Manage a broad range of surgical cases, including:

  • General surgery

  • Urology

  • Trauma

  • Neurosurgery

  • Gynecology & Gyn-Onc

  • Orthopedics & Ortho Trauma

  • General EP

  • GI

• Support additional “bread and butter” cases at IMC/Mercy with emphasis on spine, bariatric, and orthopedic procedures.

• Collaborate with a collegial team of clinicians with strong departmental morale.

• Flexible scheduling options possible, though consistent coverage volume is required until permanent hires are secured.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• NBCRNA Certification — REQUIRED

• Nebraska State License — HIGHLY PREFERRED (facility may consider candidates needing to obtain one)

• Clean malpractice/background — HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Epic EMR experience — HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Ability to work within a team-based anesthesia model in a Level I trauma/academic environment

• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to support high-volume coverage needs
