Job description Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare is seeking a full-time CRNA to join a well-supported, independent practice environment at our hospital in Clinton, Missouri. Job Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical, obstetric, and procedural cases
Perform pre-operative evaluations and develop appropriate patient care plans
Administer and manage regional and general anesthesia
Monitor, assess, and manage patients throughout the perioperative process
Respond to emergent situations as needed
Participate in a shared call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with hospital standards
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other clinical partners to ensure safe, efficient care delivery

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
Current certification as a CRNA through NBCRNA
Active RN and APRN licensure (or eligibility) in the state of Missouri
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Ability to practice independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Working Hours

Full-time schedule
Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Shared call rotation that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
Generous paid time off
Additional compensation available for call participation

Proficiency in regional and general anesthesia techniques
Strong assessment and critical-thinking abilities
Effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues
