Willing to License - Compact Licnese Accepted | 50-Mile Radius Rule (No Local Candidates)
Start Date: March 3, 2026

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Availability
- Full-time only; must work every week (no part-time options)
- Schedule: 4×10s
- Must be willing to rotate to ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs)
- Expected ASC travel: approximately once per week; occasionally twice
- Must return to main hospital to finish shift when ASC cases end early
- South Carolina CRNA license: Required
- Compact license: Accepted
- Willing to license: Yes - if holds compact license
- NBCRNA: Required
- ACLS: Required
- BLS: Preferred
- PALS: Preferred
- DEA: Required
- Minimum experience required: 2–3 years
- Epic charting experience: Highly preferred
- 40-hour workweek, four 10-hour shifts
- Rotation among Lexington, Irmo, and Northeast Columbia ASCs
- Travel to ASCs up to one time weekly; occasional twice-weekly rotation
- If ASC shift ends early, provider returns to main hospital to complete shift
Practice Settings
- Hospital – Medical Center
- Surgery Centers
- Large team of 70 CRNAs and 15 anesthesiologists
- Medical Direction Care Team model
- Case mix: GYN, orthopedics, urology, vascular
- Limited pediatric exposure (travelers generally not assigned to peds)
- Approximately 150 anesthetics per day across Main OR, ASCs, IR, Cath Lab, EP, OB, MRI, and more
- Ages 18 through geriatric
- Anesthesia technicians
- No regional or block skills required
- EMR: Epic
- Equipment: Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps, Draeger anesthesia machines
