Aya Locums is seeking multiple CRNAs for locum coverage in Norfolk, Virginia.
Start Date: January 5, 2026 (ASAP preferred)
Contract Length: Through end of 2026
Schedule:
- Shifts: 8s, 10s, or 12s
- Flexible coverage: as little as 1 week per month accepted
- Call: Must be open to occasional beeper call (max 1–2 shifts/month; likely none)
Practice Details:
- Level 1 Trauma experience required
- Fast-paced environment across 3 locations (1 Level 1 Trauma, 2 community hospitals)
- Care team model: 1:4 supervision
- EMR: Epic
- Cases include: Vascular, Neuro, High-Risk OB/GYN, Ortho, General, Thoracic
- CRNAs perform own drug administration and place epidurals, spinals, and arterial lines
- No Peds or Hearts required
Requirements:
- VA license or compact (facility will license)
- Minimum experience: Level 1 trauma exposure
- COVID vaccination not required (exemption form needed if applicable)
Credentialing can be expedited in 30–45 days.
