🌟 Full-Time CRNA Locums – South Carolina

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a dynamic anesthesia care team at a large medical center with rotations to three Ambulatory Surgery Centers (Lexington, Irmo, Northeast Columbia). This is a full-time locum position starting ASAP with ongoing coverage.

This role is ideal for CRNAs who want a structured schedule, no call requirements, and the support of a large, collaborative department.

📋 Position Highlights

• Case Types: General, GYN, Orthopedic, Urology, Vascular

• Settings: Hospital Medical Center + ASC rotations (1–2 times per week)

• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (8am–5pm), 40 hours/week, no call

• Daily Volume: ~150 anesthetics/day across Main OR, ASCs, IR, Cath Lab, EP, OB, MRI

• Patient Population: Adults (18+) to geriatric; limited pediatrics (locums not assigned pediatric cases)

• Team Structure: 70 CRNAs + 15 anesthesiologists under Medical Direction Care Team model

• Support: Dedicated anesthesia techs

• Technology: Epic EMR (preferred), Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps, Draeger anesthesia machines

• Skills Required: No regional or block skills needed

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Active CRNA Certification (Board-Certified)

• South Carolina State License (required)

• DEA License

• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications (preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Must commit to full-time schedule every week (no part-time options)
