Position Overview
A well-established ambulatory surgery center in Alaska is seeking 1–2 CRNAs starting January 2026. This is an independent practice opportunity with strong procedural variety and full travel support.

Setting: ASC (no major hospital cases)

Schedule: Procedures begin at 7:30 AM (arrive by 7:00 AM)

Annual Case Volume: ~2,800
-
OT: Time-and-a-half for >8 hrs/day or >40 hrs/week

Ears / Sinus

Ortho (general)

Colonoscopies

No urology
-
Occasional neuro-ortho (1 Thursday/month; may be covered)
Block Skills Required
CRNA must be comfortable performing:

Interscalene blocks (primary volume)

Supraclavicular, infraclavicular, axillary

Adductor canal, PENG, genicular, popliteal

Occasional TAP blocks

Catheter placement: interscalene & adductor canal
Credentialing

In-house credentialing—fast turnaround

Licensing
Will consider candidates needing AK licensure
