- Coverage Period: Potential for a long term contract

- Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
- Shift Schedule: FTE, 40 hours/week, 6:30am-3:00pm
- Call Schedule: 3pm-12am and 12am-6:30am (Specific days to be confirmed)
- Call Response Time: Provider must be available within 15 minutes by phone and on-site within 30 minutes.
- Phone Consults: No
- Admissions: No
- Rounding included: Yes
- % of Practice: 95% of the time direct patient care, 5% administrative tasks
- EMR: CPRS
- Temporary Privileges available: Yes

Requirements:
- Active unrestricted license in any State or U.S territory
- BC/BE
- Master's degree from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council of Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
- BLS
- ACLS
- DEA License
- Minimum of 1 year recent direct patient care experience as a CRNA Please note: CRNAs who have current, full and unrestricted licenses in one or more states, but who have, or ever had, a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
